1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Iron Wealth, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Iron Wealth is a personal finance application for tracking net worth, accounts, transactions, budgets, and goals. Iron Wealth provides informational tools only. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.
3. Your Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Iron Wealth stores data locally on your device by default. See our Privacy Policy for how optional cloud backup works.
4. Subscriptions (Pro)
Iron Wealth Pro is billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the store's terms. To cancel on iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Iron Wealth. On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Iron Wealth.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use Iron Wealth for unlawful purposes.
6. Finance AI & calculators
Finance AI, forecasts, FIRE tools, and website calculators are educational aids only. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are not personalized financial, tax, or investment advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for money decisions.
7. Disclaimer
Iron Wealth is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free calculations. You use the app at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Francis Eshun and Iron Wealth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
