Privacy Policy

1. Two products covered

This policy covers (a) the Iron Wealth app on iOS and Android and (b) the marketing website at wealth.ironlabs.co, including free calculators and guides.

2. App: information we don't collect

In the app we do not collect:

• Your account balances, transactions, budgets, or other financial data unless you choose to use optional cloud backup
• Bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or investment details
• Your contacts, photos, or device browsing history

App financial data is stored locally on your device by default and is not transmitted to our servers unless you enable optional cloud backup.

3. App: data stored on your device

Iron Wealth stores the following locally to provide app functionality:

• Account information (names, types, balances, currencies)
• Transactions (amounts, dates, categories, payees, tags)
• Budgets, goals, and savings progress
• App preferences and settings
• Net worth history for charts and analytics

4. App: optional cloud backup

If you enable cloud backup, your data syncs to a cloud database associated with your authenticated account. This backup is optional, tied to your personal account, encrypted in transit, and deletable anytime from settings.

5. App: analytics & advertising

The Iron Wealth app uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Firebase Performance Monitoring to understand app interactions and screen views, measure feature use, and improve reliability. These services may collect device and app information, performance metrics, a pseudonymous analytics or installation identifier, and limited account and product information, such as account and transaction counts, subscription status, selected currency, sign-in method, age group, and whether an optional integration or widget is used. For signed-in users, analytics may be associated with a pseudonymous account identifier.

We do not send account balances, transaction amounts or descriptions, budgets, savings goals, holdings, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or investment details to Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics. The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs, sell analytics data, or share it with advertisers. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring process analytics and performance data on our behalf under the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Notifications

If you opt in to notifications and sign in, we store a push-notification token and a device identifier with your account so we can deliver the notifications you requested. You can turn notifications off in your device settings or remove the device from the app.

7. Website: analytics

The marketing website uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-CQ2CE0N9FJ) by default so we can see page views, download clicks, and which guides people use. IP anonymization is enabled and advertising signals are off. You can opt out anytime via the "Analytics opt-out" link in the site footer; essential site features still work.

8. Website: currency & share links

Calculators may infer a default currency from a coarse IP-to-country lookup (not precise GPS). Shareable calculator links can include the numbers you entered in the URL query string. Avoid sharing links that contain sensitive figures.

9. Subscription & payments

Iron Wealth Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We do not receive or store your payment information or store account credentials.

10. Biometric authentication

If you enable Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometrics, that data is processed entirely by your device. Iron Wealth never accesses or transmits biometric data.

11. Data export & deletion

• Export: CSV or JSON from Settings → Export Data, with optional password protection.
• Delete in the app: Uninstalling removes local data. Signed-in users can delete the account and cloud data from Settings → Delete account.
• Delete on the web: If you uninstalled the app, request account or data deletion at Delete account or data.

12. Children's privacy

Iron Wealth is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
